Some clinical trials have the necessary technical expertise available to them but need extra support in terms of equipment.
The Science Behind CRS is able to provide a variety of neuroscience technologies to plug these gaps.
We work closely with our technology suppliers, Brainbox Ltd, in order to source the right devices and corresponding accessories and consumables.
Devices are leased for trials with appropriately trained technicians who can develop suitable protocols and run the devices throughout the trial (see case study).
Technologies available (individually or in combination) are:
- Electroencephalography (EEG)
- Electromyography (EMG)
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (tDCS, tCAS, rtNS)
- Transcranial Focused Ultrasound (tUS)
- Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS).
We are also able to support trials that require sleep analysis.
Contact us to discuss any cognitive testing you need for your clinical trial.
The Science Behind CRS can help Sponsors and CROs with some of these challenges in Phase 1 trials by providing the tools and specialist expertise to answer key questions in relation to safety and efficacy when bringing novel drug candidates to human clinical trials.
